Endpoint Overview & Architecture

The Live Subscription & Bidding Rates API delivers real-time updates on cumulative bidding demand during the official three-day book-building window on NSE and BSE. As investors place bids through ASBA and UPI 2.0, our engine reconciles live exchange order books every few minutes.

The response provides granular subscription multiples (e.g. 5.42x, 18.2x) broken down across each regulatory investor category: Retail Individual Investors (RII), Non-Institutional Investors (NII - sNII & bNII), Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB), and Employees, along with cumulative total subscription.

Subscription rates directly correlate with listing-day demand and Grey Market Premium movement. Financial applications use this data to trigger push notifications when an IPO crosses full subscription (1.00x) or achieves blockbuster status (>50x).
