Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the APIs, data feeds, software libraries, and website provided by IPO API PRO.
1. NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE: IPO API PRO is a software and raw market data aggregation service. We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser (IA), Research Analyst (RA), Portfolio Manager, or Stock Broker. No content, endpoint payload, formula, or documentation constitutes financial advice, recommendation to subscribe, or endorsement of any securities.
2. UNOFFICIAL GREY MARKET PREMIUM (GMP): Grey Market Premium (GMP), Kostak rates, and Subject to Sauda terms represent unofficial, informal over-the-counter estimates polled from market dealers. They carry zero legal enforceability, exchange backing, or regulatory approval. Expected listing gains are strictly mathematical models and do not guarantee future stock market prices.
3. NO LIABILITY: You assume 100% financial and technical risk for any investment decisions or software implementations built upon our feeds. IPO API PRO and its contributors shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed allotments, or system discrepancies.
1. Permitted Use & API Licenses
Subject to these terms and active commercial subscription payments, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and consume our REST endpoints for internal analytics, trading applications, or client-facing dashboards within your subscribed rate limits.
2. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or mirror raw API payloads without explicit Enterprise commercial licensing;
- Attempt to circumvent API authentication, rate limits, or edge security firewalls;
- Use the API to conduct fraudulent, illegal, or market manipulation activities under SEBI regulations;
- Share subscription API keys or client secrets across unauthorized third parties.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Availability
While we aim for a 99.99% uptime target across our edge CDN, exchange maintenance, registrar outages, and internet backbone interruptions may occasionally impact latency. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance during non-trading hours.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
